Celebrating Moroccan culture through Moroccan fashion
Using magazine cut-outs, participants tracked the evolution of Moroccan fashion, invented new combinations or represented existing style. Each participant proposed a new way of rethinking fashion and found their own sense of style.

Event details:
In this free workshop by Amine Ait Hammou, the beautiful history of Moroccan fashion was brought to life for students while promoting individuality in a way that only fashion is capable. At this workshop, students :
• Learned the history of Moroccan fashion
• Invented new fashion combinations
• Found their own style
Artist bio:
Born in 1985, Ait Hammou Mohamed Amine is a multidisciplinary artist based in Casablanca. Seeking to create an art that can address his society, Ait Hammou has attended several art institutes in Morocco; Fine Arts of Tetouan 2004 /2005, the Higher Institute of Dramatic Art and Cultural Animation 2005/2008 and finally the Higher School of Visual Arts in Marrakech where he obtained his Camera Operator degree.
