Why recreate a project for each person when you can create it once for everyone?

This has been a very busy year. I have been working with InTASC standards a lot lately. Our Community Service Club has really taken off and they are initiating a seemingly countless number of projects to help the local community. Our teachers want are asking for professional development and I'm looking into sustainable ideas as opposed to one-off trainings that won't help future teachers. As I was spinning these plates in my head, a connection formed. We could combine eleven programs to reduce overhead and add flexibility, make expansion easier, and model program design to improve communication and analyze ideas for improvement. We are calling this program English for All and sharing here the live version of the project proposal.
